  • Perform cosmetic work, polishing, or paint touch-ups

Who we work with

  • Restaurant managers with espresso serviceFull-service restaurants that offer espresso drinks and need the machine running for evening service.
  • Office managers with in-house coffee barsCorporate office buildings that run commercial machines for employees and need same-day fixes.
  • Bakeries and cafes with grinder problemsBusinesses that grind coffee all day and wear through burrs or motors more heavily than expected.

We do not service home espresso machines, single-serve pod systems, or drip coffee brewers. We work only with commercial-grade equipment used in business settings.

We stock the parts other shops order on delay

Many shops that run older Italian, Swiss, or specialty European machines find that standard service providers need to order parts. A Faema E61 from 1995 or a Dalla Corte may need a gasket or solenoid that arrives from Europe in a week or more.

We keep a rotating inventory of seals, thermostats, solenoids, and burrs for older and specialty machines. Most repairs are completed during the first visit when the part is in stock.

  • Group head gaskets and seals for discontinued models
  • Replacement burrs for European grinder lines
  • Solenoid valves and pressure transducers

What we leave out

These are deliberate limits that keep our service focused and honest.

  • We do not sell new equipmentWe have no financial reason to recommend replacement over repair; we tell you what the machine needs, not what we stock.
  • We do not service consumer machinesHome espresso makers and pod machines are built differently and need different parts; we focus on commercial equipment.
  • We do not offer cosmetic workWe replace parts that affect function; we do not polish cases, repaint panels, or refinish exteriors.
  • We do not provide loaner equipmentWe repair on-site so you can use your other machines while we work; we do not carry backup equipment to swap in.
